Volunteers of America, Dakotas offers a community based wrap around service approach to high risk female offenders or youth in danger of involvement in the criminal justice system. The educational and life issues of youth will be addressed through collaboration with youth, family, and service providers. Special emphasis will be a pregnant and/or substance abusing youth. |
