Northeast Transitional Living Program
For young adults who are experiencing homelessness or living in unsafe or temporary housing, the Northeast Transitional Living Program provides:
- Case management
- Life skills education
- Assistance in finding community-based housing
Application and interview required prior to enrollment. Young adults between the ages of 18-21 are encouraged to apply.
