This workbook was written for use in high schools however it can be adapted easily for diverse practice settings, such as community mental health centers, public health clinics, private practice settings, and juvenile justice detention centers. 

The conceptual framework of this workbook is based on cognitive behavioral therapy which is consistent at every level of intervention with particular attention to the importance of developing group bonding and cohesion among the adolescents involved in this program.
