VOA Dakotas offers two day services locations. Day Services Central provides a smaller setting to support adults with higher sensory needs, services for 18-21 year-olds on Transitional IEPs, and an inclusive setting supporting a range of individuals. Day Services East provides high staff-to-person supported ratios and is designed for individuals with greater support needs. Both locations offer:
- Sensory rooms and community activities
- Paid work opportunities and vocational exploration
- Volunteer experiences in the community
- Independent Living Skills education
- Self-Advocacy groups
- Music Therapy services
- Psychiatric appointments and individual therapy
- Competency restoration supports
