VOA Dakotas Out-of-School Time programs provide before school, after school, and summer care that helps children and youth grow academically and socially. As a proud partner of the Sioux Falls School District’s Community Learning Centers, VOA Dakotas delivers programs directly within neighborhood schools, making high-quality enrichment and support accessible to students and families right where they live. Our programs currently serve students in eight elementary schools and one middle school.
Through a blend of academic support, recreation, enrichment activities, and relationship-building opportunities, students participate in engaging experiences that encourage learning, creativity, and personal growth. Program activities are designed to strengthen reading and math skills, develop social skills, and help students build confidence, resilience, and positive connections with peers and caring adults.
We are committed to helping students succeed and supporting students by working alongside families and school partners to meet children’s unique needs. By providing a safe, supportive environment outside of the school day, we help students build the skills, relationships, and confidence needed to live healthy and fulfilling lives while strengthening the school communities we serve.
