This guide integrates HIV/AIDS and STD education within a framework of a K – 12 comprehensive education curriculum. It emphasizes the role of alcohol and other drugs and their relationship to HIV/AIDS/STD’s transmission. Multicultural awareness allows educator to be culturally sensitive and community specific. Program includes pre/post evaluation exercises to measure participant’s knowledge, attitude, and behavioral intention regarding HIV/AIDS/STD’s.
