These writing and discussion prompts help instill a leadership attitude in young people by encouraging them to think about their beliefs and goals. Topics covered are qualities of a leader, self-awareness, communication, doing the right thing, working with others, power play, creative thinking and risk taking, social issues, and leadership through time. The cards can be used alone or in conjunction with the book Building Everyday Leadership in All Teens. The Everyday Leadership Cards can be used in many settings including youth groups, student leadership activities in school, or in one-on-one situations.
