This activity guide is designed to increase self-awareness and knowledge about the role the human brain has in personal development. Students explore the concept of their real identity on the inside, within their brain. Research shows how as one is shaping his/her identity, they are also shaping their brain. The program consists of five sessions all including several activities to teach youth about the knowledge of alcohol and other drugs.
