Double Trouble in Recovery is the only evidence-based peer support group that is led by peers and created for those with co-occurring disorders. It offers a forum for people who have a substance abuse disorder as well as a mental illness to address challenges and issues specific to them in an understanding inclusive atmosphere. This manual provides the information and resources professionals need to help clients establish and maintain DTR groups in the community.
