This program was developed to give parents the knowledge and skills needed to prevent their children from using drugs. Containing material and exercises to help strengthen communication and suggestions for how to discuss issues related to alcohol, tobacco, and other forms of drug abuse this program can help stop problems before they begin. This is an accompaniment to the research-based Life Skills Training program taught to students in elementary and middle schools. A parent video is included with the curriculum.
