The first side of this game teaches players eight basic conflict resolution skills including apologizing, using chance, compromising, taking turns, sharing, avoiding, ignoring and getting help. The second side of the game teaches deeper conflict resolution skills such as listening, respecting differences, communicating feelings, taking responsibility for actions, and attacking the problem, not the person.
