Curriculum, 2007, Parent/Adult
The National Indian Child Welfare Association in this curriculum is designed to provide culturally specific training for Indian parents. The first goal is to help parents explore the value and attitudes expressed in traditional Indian child-rearing, several examples from numerous tribes are used. The second goal is to help parents develop positive and satisfying attitudes, values, and skills that have roots in their cultural heritage.
