This book provides parents of teenage girls with a step-by-step format that allows them gradually gain knowledge, exchange experiences and wisdom with one another, reflect on their own practices, and develop skills and mindful strategies to influence their daughters lives more positively. It teaches parents how to talk to each other honestly and authentically, to support each others families, and to collaborate in building family-friendly communities. Materials can be used in parenting classes.
