In the shadow of Mt. Rushmore, lies one of the poorest counties in the nation, the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. This video tells a story of police officer Rudy Yellow Lodge who locks up drunk and disorderly Indians every night, including his own brother, Mogie. Rudy’s frustration with alcoholism on the reservation leads him to take the law into his own hands.
